2012 Australian International Motor Show

For the first time in my life, I visited a motor show and it was the Australian International Motor Show (AIMS) here in Sydney. I paid only $14 for my ticket because of my full-time student status. Haha, yes, a poor uni student went to see some expensive machines.

It was packed with people both inside the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre and outside on Darling Harbour, as there was a Macau Festival happening over at Tumbalong Park. Thank goodness the weather forecast for today was not accurate, as although skies were grey, it did not rain.

On the door ticket prices:
Adult: $22.00
Concession: $16.50*
Children: $11.00 (under 16), Free (under 5)
Family: $49.50**

E-ticket prices:
Adult: $20.00
Concession: $15.00*
Children: $10.00 (under 16), Free (under 5)
Family: $45.00**

All prices inclusive of GST.

* Concession prices only apply to Companion Card Holders, Pensioner Concession Cardholders, HealthCare Card Holders, Seniors Card Holders (State Government issued cards only) and Full Time Students. Identification must be produced at time of purchase and on request upon entry.

** Admits 2 adults and 3 children (Under 16)

Sunday (21 October) - Wednesday (24 October): 10:00am - 9:00pm
